Our 2023 Rosé of Mataro comes from the Spanish Creek Vineyard, located in the Sierra foothills. This vineyard sits at 2800 feet in elevation in the Fair Play AVA of El Dorado County. The own-rooted vines grow in tough conditions: wet winters, intense summer sun, and well drained granite-based soils. This leads to a rosé with beautiful aromatics and a hint of minerality.
